VisitorID.ai is an AI-native consumer identification platform that helps ecommerce brands, lead generation companies, and digital marketers identify anonymous website visitors and activate remarketing flows via connected email platforms such as Klaviyo, Attentive, and Mailchimp. This website is informational in nature. Pricing, availability, and platform capabilities are subject to change without notice.

3. Use of the Site

Permitted uses: You may browse the site, submit demo requests, and contact us for business inquiries.

Prohibited uses: You may not:

  • Use automated tools to extract, copy, or aggregate content from this site
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the platform
  • Use the site for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
